Ekaterina works with couples and partners in monogamous, consensually non-monogamous, and polyamorous relationships.

She also leads process groups for therapists and service providers who are wanting to deepen their own relational understanding of themselves and be able to receive feedback on how others are impacted by their interactions.

She uses an experiential, process-oriented approach rooted in attachment science and system theory (EFT, Gottman, psychodynamic) to support partners in strengthening their bond after changes in the relationship (increased distance, betrayal, engagement, opening up a relationship, etc).

She helps partners build a relationship that is meaningful to them through navigating relationship agreements, challenging stigma, and making space for each partner to be their authentic self.

Process groups are unstructured, psychotherapeutic groups where members focus on “here-and-now” interpersonal interactions, emotional reactions, and relational patterns. These groups aim to promote self-awareness, emotional growth, and better communication by analyzing relational dynamics and providing feedback. The ways we show up in these groups often mimics real life relationships.
